776ph Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "776ph", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 776ph online gaming platform accessible at https://776ph.net and through any associated mobile applications.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 776ph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the 776ph platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player and held in the player's 776ph wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, bonus funds, free spins, or equivalent non-cash value allocated to a player's account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 776ph to confirm a player's identity, age, and eligibility before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment processing, promotional programs, customer support, and any other features and functions available through the 776ph platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction outside the Republic of the Philippines, or any jurisdiction within the Philippines from which access to online gaming is restricted by applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the 776ph Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 776ph governing your use of the Services.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or by continuing to use the 776ph platform after any amendment to these Terms has been published, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms are effective from January 1, 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the 776ph Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 776ph, you must at all times satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or excluded from gaming activities pursuant to any applicable law or court order;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 776ph account under any name or identity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 776ph, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Your use of the 776ph platform is for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
• You are not using the platform in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

776ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period specified by 776ph may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

To access real-money games and financial services on 776ph, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

4.2 KYC Verification

776ph is required to verify the identity and age of players prior to processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds and as part of ongoing anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. KYC verification requires you to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identity documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

776ph may additionally request proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your registered GCash or Maya account confirming your name matches the 776ph account). All documents submitted are processed in accordance with the 776ph Privacy Policy.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 776ph. If 776ph determines that a player holds or has held more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, all balances (real money and bonus) across all duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the primary account may be permanently closed at 776ph's discretion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

776ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay-connected bank accounts. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 776ph wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP).

You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name and that match the name on your 776ph account. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in the reversal of the deposit and suspension of your account.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically supported. 776ph does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used to deposit, or to payment methods registered under a different name.

Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Typically under 5 minutes during business hours; may extend to 30 minutes during periods of high volume.
• InstaPay (bank-to-bank): Typically within 15 minutes; subject to the cut-off schedules of the receiving bank.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank direct transfer: Within the same banking day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on banking days; next banking day for requests submitted after cut-off.

776ph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on 776ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 776ph does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their payment service provider outside of the 776ph platform.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

776ph offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms and to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, the following general wagering conditions apply to all 776ph bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Balance that has not met its wagering requirement by expiry will be forfeited.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum bet amounts applicable while a Bonus Balance is active will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bets exceeding the maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• 776ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic low-variance betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Players are only eligible for welcome bonuses once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. 776ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing bonuses already credited to accounts will be honoured subject to their applicable terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on 776ph are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically state otherwise.

Game outcomes on 776ph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the relevant game conducted by a professional dealer. 776ph does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 776ph's records of game transactions shall be the authoritative reference for determining the outcome of any disputed game round. Bets placed during a documented system malfunction may be voided at 776ph's discretion and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. 776ph is not liable for losses arising from a player's internet disconnection during a game round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 776ph platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 776ph;
• Creating or operating more than one 776ph account;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live poker or other player-versus-player formats;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be forfeited;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals against deposits made to 776ph;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions and access 776ph from a Prohibited Territory;
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in your 776ph account or any funds, bonuses, or other benefits associated with it;
• Engaging in any conduct that, in 776ph's reasonable opinion, is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward platform staff or other players.

776ph employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in violation will be suspended and investigated, and appropriate action will be taken up to and including permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

9. Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by 776ph

776ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms; (b) you fail to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; (c) your account is subject to a chargeback dispute; (d) we are required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order; or (e) there are technical or security concerns requiring investigation.

9.2 Termination by 776ph

776ph may permanently close your account if an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, or if continuing to maintain your account would expose 776ph to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. Upon permanent closure resulting from a breach, 776ph may forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance.

9.3 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 776ph account at any time by contacting customer support via the in-app live chat. Before your account is closed, any verified Real Money Balance (after deducting any applicable Bonus Balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — are processed with priority.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 776ph's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 776ph account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

776ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processing delays outside 776ph's direct control;
• Losses arising from events of force majeure, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks that are beyond 776ph's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits 776ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 776ph platform — including but not limited to the 776ph brand name and logo, platform design and user interface, game graphics and animations, text, software, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the property of 776ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 776ph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any 776ph software; use any 776ph trademarks or branding in any commercial context; or scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform by automated means.

12. Privacy & Data

776ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on 776ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

776ph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent limitation by using the platform.

776ph may share your personal data with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units where required by Philippine law or by court order, without prior notice to you.

13. Responsible Gaming

776ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. 776ph recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 776ph account holders at no cost, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

776ph operates in alignment with the gaming regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR. Players agree to resolve disputes arising from gameplay outcomes, payment transactions, or account actions through 776ph's internal dispute resolution process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

To initiate a dispute, contact 776ph customer support via in-app live chat with full details of the disputed transaction or event, including your account username, the date and time of the event, and any relevant game round IDs or transaction reference numbers. 776ph will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and provide a resolution or interim update within 7 business days.
